Return and Exchange Policy
Elite Ajwa Store guarantees, God willing, that the product will arrive in high quality, excellent packaging, and an elegant appearance.
If this is not the case, you, as the customer, have the right to:
# Request a replacement product.
# Request a return and refund.
Subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
If there is a defect in the product (dryness, peeling, worms), a photo must be taken and sent to the store's WhatsApp.
The product must be damaged upon receipt. (A photo of the product upon receipt is required.)
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
If the shipment is not received or is refused, the shipping cost will be deducted, up to a maximum of 35 SAR.
